Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Understanding of food safety standards
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity

Job Duties
- Baking breads, cookies, and pastries to high standards
- Producing fancy desserts and decorating cakes
- Operating ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers efficiently
- Engaging with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Ensuring all products meet quality, freshness, and safety guidelines
- Assisting team members and supporting a collaborative work environment
