Job Requirements
- One or more years baking baguettes, sourdoughs, and enriched doughs
- Knowledge of using poolish and levain starters
- Experience in a high-volume artisan bakery preferred
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Capacity to complete prep and baking within the day
- Availability for early morning shifts starting at 3:30 AM
- Weekend availability including Saturday and Sunday
Job Qualifications
- One or more years of baking experience with artisan breads
- Knowledge of poolish and levain starters
- Experience in a high-volume bakery preferred
- Ability to work independently
