Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in baking preferred
strong communication skills
ability to manage time and resources efficiently
keen attention to detail
basic mathematical ability
basic computer literacy
physical capability to work in a hot, hectic environment
ability to stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
willingness to work both independently and collaboratively

Job Duties

Designing and improving recipes
measuring and combining ingredients
using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods such as cookies, bread, and cakes
testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure food safety and quality controls
taking client information and fulfilling deliveries accurately and on time
cleaning and restocking workstations
sanitizing equipment and preparing for the next shift
