Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work varied hours and days including early hours as early as 3 AM and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license when required
- meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous bakery or food service experience is a plus
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- attention to detail in food preparation and quality control
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Job Duties
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain food and beverage quality standards consistently
- ensure store environment is safe and clean
- work collaboratively within the team to deliver outstanding customer experience
- operate baking equipment and tools properly and safely
- adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing daily tasks
