Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle bakery equipment
- willingness to learn and follow instructions

Job Duties
- Bake a variety of breads, cookies, pastries, fancy desserts, and decorated cakes
- operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- interact with customers to provide excellent service and product knowledge
- maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- ensure baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- assist in stocking and merchandising baked goods
- collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
