- Minimum 2 years or more experience at the bakery that makes bread from scratch
- Proven experience in food preparation or cooking within the food industry, with specific experience in baking preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and guidance from the chef
- Ensure all food preparation meets safety and quality standards by adhering to food safety regulations
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately using appropriate baking techniques
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and other baking tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, including proper storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing ones
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and assist in ordering as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines in food handling and preparation
