Job Description

Our company is a well-established restaurant group known for its commitment to quality and innovative culinary experiences. We are excited to announce the opening of a new store on Wade Hampton Blvd in Greenville, expanding our footprint and reaching more customers who appreciate freshly baked goods and exceptional service. The new bakery will bring a hospitable atmosphere where customers can enjoy a variety of artisan breads, pastries, and desserts made daily with premium ingredients. Our dedication to craftsmanship and consistency is reflected in everything we do, from sourcing ingredients to the completed product, ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest.

We are currently looking for a full-time baker to join our team in this new location. Training for this position will take place at our existing site located on Old Boiling Springs Rd, off Pelham Rd, ensuring that the new hire receives thorough preparation and hands-on experience before the grand opening. The baker position offers an hourly wage between $14 and $16, depending on experience. This role demands a high level of physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often in a warm kitchen, for shifts lasting up to 10 hours. This is considered one of the most challenging roles within our restaurant, given the physical and mental demands required to maintain quality and speed throughout the shift.

While previous baking experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. What matters most is the dedication to performing consistently and effectively under pressure, a team-oriented attitude, and the willingness to learn and adapt. The baker will be responsible for preparing doughs, mixing ingredients, shaping, baking, and ensuring all items meet our strict quality standards. Attention to detail, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential traits for success in this position.
