As a Baker, the candidate will engage in the full cycle of bakery production starting with scaling ingredients, proofing dough, shaping products, baking to perfection, and decorating to enhance presentation. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years professional bakery experience in a high-volume operation
  • Knowledge of scaling, proofing, shaping, production, and baking of a variety of products, using industrial bakery equipment
  • Experience in following standardized recipes, organizing and maintaining bakery workstations, and knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation techniques
  • Ability to correctly identify product and read production sheets
  • Ability to prioritize work and execute tasks with speed, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team to complete orders and production
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English, and have accurate math skills
  • Maintain professional appearance, demeanor, and hygiene
