Job Requirements

Must be able to follow specific instructions regarding company policies and procedures
Knowledge of and experience working with dough in various stages, mixes, bread, and frozen products
Must demonstrate excellent customer service
Must have reliable transportation and attendance
Must pass Baker screening test

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2 years professional bakery experience in a high-volume operation
Knowledge of scaling, proofing, shaping, production, and baking of a variety of products, using industrial bakery equipment
Experience in following standardized recipes, organizing and maintaining bakery workstations, and knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation techniques
Ability to correctly identify product and read production sheets
Ability to prioritize work and execute tasks with speed, efficiency, and accuracy
Ability to work independently and part of a team to complete orders and production
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to speak, read, and write English, and have accurate math skills
Maintain professional appearance, demeanor, and hygiene

Job Duties

Scaling, proofing, baking, and decorating a variety of products, adhering to established standards and recipes
Working with co-workers to ensure product quality and efficient productivity
Maintain production and usage records as required
Maintain high sanitary, hygienic, and safety standards and conditions
General cleaning, other food service duties, and projects as requested by management
