- Ability to use baking machines and tools safely
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina for standing and lifting

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality and freshness standards
- Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and answer questions
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure product quality
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed
