- Prior experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake cakes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and baking equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when stock is low
- Train and assist new baking team members
- Ensure food safety compliance and hygiene standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and timely
- Engage with customers and provide excellent service when needed
