Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early hours as early as 3 AM and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- Possession of a current valid state issued driver’s license preferred and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience is a plus
- Ability to work early morning hours starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Customer service experience is beneficial
Job Duties
- Ensure quality product availability by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent guest service including order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain food quality and safety standards
- Keep a clean and safe store environment
- Arrive early to prepare bakery items
- Assist with general bakery duties as needed
- Support store operations and customer satisfaction
