- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a bakery or food service environment
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- availability to work flexible shifts including lunch and dinner
- adherence to food safety standards
- positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Job Qualifications
- experience in bread making or baking preferably focaccia
- knowledge of baking techniques and dough preparation

Job Duties
- prepare focaccia dough from scratch according to recipe standards
- monitor baking process to ensure quality and freshness
