- basic knowledge of baking and food safety
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift moderate weights
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- good interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries
- produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
- operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- ensure baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- maintain clean and organized display cases and shelves
- engage with customers and provide friendly service
- assist with stocking and inventory management
