Job Requirements
- knowledge of sanitation regulations
- basic math skills
- excellent communication skills
- keen attention to detail
- ability to perform repetitive hand/arm motion
- ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs
- ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- standing/walking for 6-8 hours at a time minimum
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a baker preferred
- warm, friendly, and hospitable attitude
- must have reliable transportation
- holidays and weekends required
- overnight shifts available
Job Duties
- work in a fast paced environment
- work in a team environment
- perform opening and closing duties as directed by chefs and leads
- scale and produce baked goods and pastries such as cookies, muffins, cupcakes, laminated doughs, and more
- mix, roll, and shape biscuits, scones, croissants in a high volume format
- bake and present items ready for the bakery cases
- support dessert production to additional business areas
