This job opportunity is with a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins, independent business owners who operate their own establishments and are solely responsible for their employees. It is important to note that this position is not with Dunkin' Brands, Inc. or any of its affiliates. As such, the franchisee will be your only employer, setting their own wage and benefit programs which can differ from other franchise locations.
