Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a baker or in a similar baking role
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Proficiency in following recipes and baking specifications
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Consistently bake and finish product according to standards/specifications
- Greet every customer with a smile and helpful attitude
- Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise attractively to promote sales
- Monitor product levels and restock as required
- Monitor and maintain proper humidity and temperature in climate-controlled stockrooms and keep area/equipment clean
- Rotate goods to reduce shrinkage
- Promote food safety on a 100 percent basis by following personal hygiene directives
