Job Duties
- prepare breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes to meet quality and aesthetic standards
- engage with customers to advise and share passion for baked goods
- maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- ensure all bakery products adhere to freshness and safety guidelines
- assist in stocking bakery supplies and managing inventory
- collaborate with team members to raise baking standards and customer satisfaction
