Job Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours during a shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds including bending and kneeling
- Ability to perform motions entailing pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Open availability with flexible scheduling
- No special accommodations can be made or guaranteed
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat, and outgoing manner
- Basic reading and math skills
- Ability to use and learn to use various baking and kitchen equipment and tools
- Self-motivated and able to work within a specific schedule
- Able to multitask and work overnight or early morning hours with little or no supervision
- Must be over 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Follow site specific and brand specific procedures for consistent quality customer experiences
- Make a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries, and other baked products
- Follow and complete daily par sheet
- Produce quality baked goods following strict Dunkin Donuts guidelines
- Maintain strict health department and company food safety standards
- Take direction and adjust to changing par levels
- Work in other positions inside the operation and switch as needed
