Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of baking experience
  • food handler's certification
  • ability to stand for long shifts
  • ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills
  • positive attitude and passion for quality baking
  • ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • willingness to participate in the 4-week lead training program for selected candidates

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of baking experience
  • experience in high-volume bakery production is preferred
  • familiarity with baking techniques, recipe execution, and production timing
  • knowledge of food safety, food labeling, and sanitization practices
  • ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs
  • excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills
  • positive energy and a passion for fresh-baked quality
  • ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake all bread, pastries, donuts, and desserts to spec and on schedule
  • operate ovens, dough conditioners, and fryers safely and efficiently
  • handle prep tasks: scaling, shaping, topping, and finishing product
  • monitor bake times, temperatures, and product appearance for consistency
  • maintain a clean, food-safe, and well-organized back-of-house station
  • rotate and stock ingredients, checking for quality and freshness
  • complete production logs, waste tracking, and usage sheets
  • flag equipment or supply issues to the General Manager
  • support the team with flexibility and urgency to meet daily goals
  • help train new bakers in recipes and methods as needed
