Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of baking experience
- food handler's certification
- ability to stand for long shifts
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills
- positive attitude and passion for quality baking
- ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- willingness to participate in the 4-week lead training program for selected candidates
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of baking experience
- experience in high-volume bakery production is preferred
- familiarity with baking techniques, recipe execution, and production timing
- knowledge of food safety, food labeling, and sanitization practices
- ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs
- excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills

- ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake all bread, pastries, donuts, and desserts to spec and on schedule
- operate ovens, dough conditioners, and fryers safely and efficiently
- handle prep tasks: scaling, shaping, topping, and finishing product
- monitor bake times, temperatures, and product appearance for consistency
- maintain a clean, food-safe, and well-organized back-of-house station
- rotate and stock ingredients, checking for quality and freshness
- complete production logs, waste tracking, and usage sheets
- flag equipment or supply issues to the General Manager
- support the team with flexibility and urgency to meet daily goals
- help train new bakers in recipes and methods as needed
