Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, and decorative cakes to meet quality standards
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- Decorate cakes and desserts with attention to detail
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery displays and work areas
- Monitor inventory and assist in stocking shelves to ensure product availability
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
