Job Requirements

  • Previous baking experience required
  • availability to work full time Monday through Friday with varying early morning hours
  • ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • willingness to comply with company safety and sanitation policies
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

  • ability to follow recipes and production standards
  • familiarity with food sanitation and safety practices

Job Duties

  • Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and pastries per production and catering sheets
  • assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
  • ensure proper food preparation by following approved recipes and standards
  • complete production records including waste tracking and supply status
  • maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
  • uphold sanitation and orderliness of work area, equipment, supplies, and utensils
  • handle food items safely according to health and safety regulations
  • clean equipment and workstation thoroughly after use
  • interact with customers and address complaints professionally
  • maintain calm and efficiency during peak production periods
  • verify food presentation and serving standards
  • follow corporate and OSHA safety and sanitation guidelines
  • complete shift work timely and thoroughly
  • perform other assigned duties as needed
