Job Duties

  • receive specialized training in the baking functions of the restaurant and prepare donuts and other bakery products

  • feel empowered to respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with urgency
  • adhere to established brand and company standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest
  • follow all safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines including compliance with laws
  • maintain a clean and neat work environment, including stocking, trash removal, and cleaning guest areas
  • adhere to uniform standards including hat, name tag, clean pressed apron and white collared shirt
  • wear dark blue jeans without rips or holes and nonslip shoes
