Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Must comply with company health and safety standards
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Food handler certification preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous baking experience preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and pride in work
Willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to operate baking equipment safely

Job Duties

Prepare breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
Maintain display cases and shelves clean, organized, and well-stocked
Interact with customers and provide friendly service
Ensure all baked goods meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
Assist fellow associates as needed
Follow all company policies and health regulations
