Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced setting
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Available to work approximately 28-30 hours per week
- Preferred availability from 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
- Willingness to learn and improve baking techniques
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking experience preferred
- Ability to work early morning to mid-afternoon shifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Capability to work under pressure
- Good physical stamina
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare cakes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency and quality in every batch
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Lift and manage ingredients and supplies up to 50 pounds
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
