Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous baking or food production experience preferred
  • ability to work independently overnight hours
  • strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to follow recipes, brand standards and safety guidelines
  • physical ability to perform required tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds

Job Duties

  • prepare baked goods including donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, bagels and other prep products
  • maintain production areas including ovens, equipment, freezers, floors, walls and bakery cases
  • ensure compliance with all food safety standards including date marking of products
  • fill and frost donuts as part of finishing duties
  • stock donut cases during morning hours
  • clean and sanitize workstations and equipment at end of shift
  • operate restaurant equipment safely and efficiently
