Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous baking or food production experience preferred
ability to work independently overnight hours
strong attention to detail and cleanliness
excellent communication and teamwork skills
ability to follow recipes, brand standards and safety guidelines
physical ability to perform required tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds

Job Duties

prepare baked goods including donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, bagels and other prep products
maintain production areas including ovens, equipment, freezers, floors, walls and bakery cases
ensure compliance with all food safety standards including date marking of products
fill and frost donuts as part of finishing duties
stock donut cases during morning hours
clean and sanitize workstations and equipment at end of shift
operate restaurant equipment safely and efficiently
