Job Requirements

Basic knowledge of weights, measures, and mixing techniques
ability to stand and walk for majority of shift
ability to maneuver 25 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
physical ability including reaching, grasping, pounding, stretching, and kneading
knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures
ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications

Job Qualifications

Prior baking experience preferred
basic knowledge of weights, measures, and mixing techniques
ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift
ability to maneuver 25 pounds repeatedly during shift
knowledgeable of health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures
ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications

Job Duties

Prepare baked goods based on daily production schedules
utilize standard recipes and established portion controls
maintain production records and recipes
maintain cleanliness of work area
consistently adhere to sanitation and safety policies and procedures
handle physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, grasping, pounding, stretching, and kneading
obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications
