Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- able to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- must pass background check as applicable
- possession of a current valid state-issued driver’s license preferred in some locations
- meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience is an asset
- ability to follow detailed baking instructions and recipes
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to maintain high quality and safety standards
- comfortable working early morning shifts
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries daily to ensure product quality
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case for each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the store environment
- collaborate with team members to support store operations
- uphold the brand standards for food and beverage quality
- manage early morning bakery preparation tasks
