Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and exert mobility in a fast-paced environment for up to eight hours
- frequent reaching, bending, squatting, and stooping

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality baked goods according to Panera’s recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking and cafe area
- ensure freshness and proper storage of baked products

- manage inventory and ingredients responsibly
- assist with daily bakery setup and closing procedures
