Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and exert mobility in a fast-paced environment for up to eight hours
  • frequent reaching, bending, squatting, and stooping
  • ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively
  • must be self-directed and motivated
  • strong commitment to quality and customer service
  • flexibility to work various shifts
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior bakery or food service experience preferred
  • strong attention to detail and passion for baking
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • effective communication and teamwork skills
  • basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • physical stamina to meet job demands

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality baked goods according to Panera’s recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking and cafe area
  • ensure freshness and proper storage of baked products
  • collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest service
  • adhere to health and safety regulations
  • manage inventory and ingredients responsibly
  • assist with daily bakery setup and closing procedures
