Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- attention to detail and quality
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to follow instructions and procedures
Job Duties
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain a safe and clean store environment
- work collaboratively as part of a team
- adhere to quality standards in food and beverage preparation
- manage early morning bakery operations including kettle cooking and baking
- assist in maintaining inventory and bakery supplies
