Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old to handle industrial equipment
- have pleasant interactive skills
- possess time and resource management skills
- demonstrate planning skills
- have attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- possess basic math and computer skills
- be willing to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
- have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs
- have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- measure and combine ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other equipment to make cookies
- decorate and display the finished product
- ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality controls
- greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service
- clean and restock the workstation and ensure all equipment is sanitized
