Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior baking experience required
- strong customer service skills
- ability to operate baking equipment safely
- basic math skills for inventory and ordering
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to communicate effectively with customers
Job Duties
- produce high quality baked goods
- maintain department cleanliness and food safety standards
- manage ordering and inventory for bakery sales areas
- provide product knowledge and customer service
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- cross train in other bakery areas as needed
