Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bakery or food service experience preferred
- ability to follow recipes and safety protocols
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- willingness to follow Costco policies and procedures

- Prior experience in bakery or food preparation preferred
- knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- ability to work early morning and flexible shifts

- basic math skills for measuring ingredients

- good physical stamina to handle standing and lifting tasks
Job Duties
- Prepare bakery products according to Costco recipes and standards
- bake a high volume of bakery items daily
- ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
- monitor inventory and replenish stock as needed
- assist in maintaining clean and organized work areas
- collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- provide quality customer service related to bakery products
