Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in baking or culinary arts preferred
- Ability to operate baking equipment including ovens mixers and proofers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
