Capable of lifting 30 to 50 pounds and performing pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
Commitment to follow safety, food safety, and sanitation regulations
Ability to adhere to uniform standards
Availability for full-time employment

Job Duties

Arrive in a timely manner and ready in position at the start of your scheduled shift
Demonstrate respect and dignity in dealing with others including team members and guests
Follow the communication guideline established in your store
Respond positively to coaching and feedback and show passion for learning
Hold yourself accountable for your designated responsibilities on your shift
Dedicate yourself to learning and being capable of executing multiple tasks
Receive specialized training in the baking functions of the restaurant and prepare donuts and other bakery products
Always view guests as the highest priority and ensure guest satisfaction before leaving the restaurant
Feel empowered to respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with urgency
Adhere to brand and Quality Brand Group LLC standards and systems
Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
Maintain a clean and neat work environment including stocking, taking out trash, and thorough cleaning of guest areas and restrooms
Adhere to uniform standards including hat, name tag, clean pressed apron, white collared shirt, dark blue jeans without rips or holes, and nonslip shoes
