The company prides itself on fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment where employees can grow personally and professionally. At Quality Brand Group, individuals are empowered through comprehensive training and meaningful opportunities to develop their skills, making a tangible difference to the customers they serve. This organization is committed to building a team that is not only passionate about guest service but also dedicated to their own career development in the food service industry.
The Baker/Crew Member role at Quality Brand Group represents a vital position within the Dunkin' restaurant team. This role is well-suited for individuals seeking part-time employment while pursuing education or those aiming to build a foundation for a rewarding career in restaurant management. Many present-day managers have started their journey at Quality Brand Group as crew members, highlighting the strong pathway for advancement available to motivated employees. The Baker/Crew Member is cross-trained in baking and general crew responsibilities, preparing bakery products such as donuts and other baked goods to operational and quality standards. These team members work in a lively, fast-paced environment, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Responsibilities range from maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness to engaging positively with customers and colleagues. The role requires dedication to continuous learning and flexibility, as employees are trained to handle multiple tasks effectively. Working as part of a team, Baker/Crew Members contribute significantly to the restaurant’s success by delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service consistently.
This full-time role demands enthusiasm, reliability, and a keen attention to detail. Employees must be physically capable of managing restaurant tasks, including lifting weights between 30 to 50 pounds and performing repetitive motions involving fingers and wrists. Uniform standards are strictly upheld to maintain the brand's professional image, and the team is expected to uphold a clean, welcoming environment at all times. Training incorporates both online and hands-on components, preparing staff to meet the brand’s standards and comply with food safety and sanitation regulations. The role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, customer-oriented, and willing to develop their skills within a supportive franchise environment that values employee growth and operational excellence.
