This includes accurately measuring ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workstation, managing freezer product storage, and ensuring the cleanliness of baking equipment and pans throughout each shift. Bakers play a proactive role in coordinating with management to help determine current inventory levels and baking sequences to align production with demand.
The position requires a self-starter who can work independently, cope with multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a positive attitude consistently. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Bake batches according to daily PAR/BAKE ORDER sheets
- consistently produce high quality bakery product
- accurately measure weights and ingredients for recipes
- keep workstation clean at all times
- maintain order and seal products in freezer after use
- properly clean dishes and pans throughout shift
- assist managers in determining bread levels and bake sequences
- adhere to safety and health guidelines including OSHA and SERVSAFE
- complete baking assignments timely
