We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Baker to join our team. This role is crucial to the operation of our bakeries, as the quality and availability of our bagels heavily depend on the baker's skill and dedication. Bakers typically start early, as early as 3 AM, to prepare the fresh batch of bagels that Bruegger's is known for. During the shift, bakers listen to their favorite podcasts or music while meticulously kettle cooking bagels, ensuring the product meets our high standards.

The daily responsibilities include stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, collaborating with team members to provide excellent guest service, assisting with order taking and sandwich making, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The baker is not only integral to food preparation but also plays a key role in enhancing the customer experience through team cooperation and quality assurance.
