Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3 AM and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- possession of a current valid state issued driver's license preferred but only required at specific locations and meet driving qualifications as required by Company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking experience is an asset
- ability to work early morning shifts as early as 3 AM
- strong multitasking skills
- effective communication and teamwork abilities
- willingness to work varied hours including weekends
- compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels early in the morning
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to uphold service standards
- ensure adherence to quality control standards for food products
- manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
