This position pays $15 per hour and is open to applicants aged 16 and older. As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing food items, baked goods, and pastries that delight our guests. Your daily tasks will involve conducting baking and pastry production, which includes scaling, measuring, traying, rolling, baking, cooling, freezing, and applying general finishing touches. You will adhere to established recipes and production guidelines to ensure quality and consistency. Inventory maintenance is also a key part of this role; you will count ingredients and determine order quantities to keep product levels sufficient. Additionally, you will adjust drafts or thermostatic controls to regulate oven temperatures, ensuring optimal baking conditions.
