Job Requirements
- Ability to perform baking tasks including mixing, shaping, and decorating
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

- Experience in baking or pastry preparation preferred

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts to company standards
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods appealingly
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Interact with customers providing friendly and engaging service
- Maintain clean, organized, and stocked display cases and shelves
- Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
