Bakers play an essential part in the operation by arriving early, sometimes as early as 3 AM, to prepare fresh bagels and pastries for the day. The job involves preparing and stocking the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure that a high-quality product is consistently available for customers each shift. Bakers also support the team’s guest service efforts through activities such as taking orders and assisting with sandwich making, embodying the brand’s commitment to exceptional customer service. This position offers competitive pay, ranging from $11.67 to $18.67 per hour, with the possibility of earning tips based on local regulations.
