We are currently seeking to hire a Baker who will play a pivotal role in the continued success of our brand. The Baker is at the heart of our operation, responsible for producing the high-quality bagels that our customers love. This role requires an early start, often as early as 3AM, to prepare the batches and ensure that every product meets our exacting standards. Bakers will enjoy a dynamic work environment where they can listen to their favorite podcasts or music while performing their duties. Beyond baking, the role involves stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, assisting with customer service tasks such as order taking and sandwich making, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the store.

The hourly rate ranges from $14.57 to $21.86, subject to local and state minimum wage laws, complemented by tip opportunities and additional benefits.

Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years or older
  • able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • available for varied hours including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends
  • able to pass background checks as per local, state, and federal laws
  • possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license where applicable
  • meet driving qualifications as required by company policy

Job Duties
