We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Baker to join our team under the supervision of the Bakery Manager. The Baker's role is integral to our bakery operations, involving the preparation and baking of a variety of bakery products at high volumes. This position demands attention to detail and a strong commitment to following standardized recipes to maintain product uniformity and quality. The successful candidate will also be responsible for other related preparation tasks and sanitation duties to uphold the hygiene and safety standards of our bakery. Flexibility is essential for this role, as the Baker must be willing to work various shifts including nights and weekends to meet production needs. Physical endurance is also a key component, as the job includes heavy lifting and requires standing, walking, and kneeling throughout the shift. The work environment reflects the pace and energy of a fast-moving grocery retail setting, demanding resilience, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

In addition to the hands-on baking tasks, the Baker must hold a valid Food Handler Card or equivalent certification to comply with food safety regulations for preparation, handling, and serving of food items.
