Job Requirements

Ability to work early morning, evening, and weekend shifts
Physical stamina to handle prolonged standing and lifting bakery products
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
Food safety and sanitation awareness
Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Reliable transportation or ability to commute to the store location
Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in baking or culinary arts preferred but not required
Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines accurately
Strong attention to detail and creativity in decorating baked goods
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Prepare breads, cookies, and pastries according to recipes and quality standards
Decorate cakes and fancy desserts to meet customer specifications
Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
Ensure bakery products meet freshness, quality, and safety standards
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
Engage with customers to provide excellent service and answer product inquiries
Assist in training and mentoring new bakery staff
