Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in baking or food preparation preferred
Ability to work early morning or flexible shifts
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Ability to follow health and safety regulations
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and collaborate with team members

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous baking experience preferred but not required
Ability to operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and artistic skills for cake decorating
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Willingness to learn and develop baking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, and pastries ensuring high quality and freshness
Produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes with precision and creativity
Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
Provide friendly and effective customer service, engaging with customers about baked goods
Assist with inventory management and restocking bakery items
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
