Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior baking or food preparation experience preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle baking equipment
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality and freshness standards
Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
Operate commercial baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
Interact with customers and provide excellent service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
Ensure products comply with safety standards
Assist in stocking and replenishing baked goods
