Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in baking or related field
Ability to stand for long periods
Capability to operate baking machinery
Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards
Effective communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Commitment to teamwork and customer service

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and cakes to company standards
Decorate cakes and prepare fancy desserts
Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
Interact with customers to share product information and provide excellent service
Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
Help stock and replenish bakery items as needed
