Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in baking or food preparation a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Availability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to follow recipes and baking procedures accurately
Willingness to participate in training and development programs

Job Qualifications

Passion for baking and food quality
Experience in baking breads, pastries, or desserts preferred but not required
Ability to operate baking equipment such as ovens and mixers
Basic customer service skills
Willingness to learn and take pride in workmanship
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, and proofers
Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
Interact with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience
Ensure baked goods meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
