Job Requirements

Ability to work early morning shifts
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle baking tasks
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
Ability to follow instructions and company policies

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior baking or food preparation experience valued
Ability to use baking equipment and tools
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality and freshness standards
Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and effectively
Engage with customers to provide excellent service and satisfaction
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
Assist fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment
Follow all safety and company policies diligently
