Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
capability to handle physical demands of the job such as standing for long periods and lifting heavy items
food handler certification or willingness to obtain
commitment to following health and safety regulations
ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
understanding of food safety standards
ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions

good physical stamina

Job Duties

prepare bakery products following Costco formulas
bake high volumes of bakery items
maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the baking area
monitor inventory and reorder baking supplies
ensure food safety and quality compliance
assist in product display and member service
collaborate with team members to meet production goals
