Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work varied hours including early mornings, weekends, and as business dictates
- ability to pass background checks as required by local, state, and federal law
- possession of a valid state-issued driver's license if required by location
- meet company driving qualifications when applicable
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior baking or food service experience is an asset
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- motivation to maintain high standards of food quality
- customer service orientation
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- bake fresh bagels daily
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain a safe and clean store environment
- work collaboratively with team members
- arrive early to prepare the bakery for opening
- uphold company standards for food quality and customer satisfaction
